📅 Start Date: September 2025 | ⏳ Duration: 7 weeks (1.5 hours per session) 🏫 Location: Pictura Studios, Chester 💰 Price: £95 This 7-week structured art course is designed for young artists aged 11-16 who want to develop their artistic skills in a real art school environment. With a focus on high-quality, in-depth projects, students will build strong technical skills, experiment with new techniques, and create portfolio-worthy artwork. Each session is designed to mirror a real fine art curriculum, with professional guidance, artist inspiration, and a focus on drawing, painting, and mixed media techniques. What Will Students Learn? 🔹 Weeks 1 & 2 – Observational Drawing & Shading Mastery Students will create a detailed still life drawing of objects that are meaningful to them. ✔ Learn realistic shading techniques using graphite and charcoal ✔ Explore light and shadow to create depth ✔ Artist Inspiration: Leonardo da Vinci, Albrecht Dürer 🔹 Weeks 3 & 4 – Perspective & Architectural Drawing Students will work on a highly detailed 2-point perspective cityscape or fantasy architecture piece. ✔ Master one- and two-point perspective for 3D realism ✔ Use fine liners & ink for precision detailing ✔ Artist Inspiration: M.C. Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions – Art Classes and Workshops 1. Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in any class, workshop, or course. Bookings are confirmed via email upon receipt of payment. 2. No Refunds Policy We operate a strict no-refunds policy once a booking is made. This applies to all courses, workshops, and classes. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Participant If you need to cancel your booking, we are unable to offer a refund. However: If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the start of the class/workshop, we will offer a one-time transfer to an alternative date or class, subject to availability. For cancellations made within 7 days of the class/workshop, no rescheduling or refund will be possible. 4. Cancellations by the Art School If we need to cancel or reschedule a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue issues), we will: Offer a full refund; or Provide a transfer to an alternative date or class. 5. Illness and Emergencies If you or a child participant is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please inform us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to another class if notice is provided more than 24 hours before the scheduled start. For last-minute illness (within 24 hours), no transfers or refunds will be available. 6. Missed Classes We cannot offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. 7. Materials All materials required for the class or workshop are included in the cost unless otherwise specified. Participants are welcome to bring their own materials if preferred. 8. Health and Safety All participants must follow health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to failure to comply with safety instructions. 9. Special Circumstances We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will review requests for refunds or transfers on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to participants where appropriate.
